Average quality. Nothing special or remarkable but also not bad. Not really up to the exceptional level one would have expected from Fairmont.

Very good food, large selection and well prepared

Very good, although I was surprised there wasn’t any fruit at breakfast the second day. Otherwise, I couldn’t fault any of the food service.

Food was ok
good but would like to see more vegan/plant based options at future events
As an individual with dietary restrictions, some of the meal choices were limited. The food on the buffet had not been kept warm. Despite these two issues the food was good.
Very good
ok
Very good but repetitive. More Variety is welcomed
Excellent
Very good
Generally very good. I thought it lacked that little extra touch, the polish, the exceptional quality that is typical of a FM property. Examples – one day at lunch the soup was labeled incorrectly; dessert needing spoons only had folks available, sit-down dinner on Wednesday was good, but not great, buffet salad offerings the same every time offered, one morning breakfast buffet offered yogurt, but no fruit. I’ve stayed at a lot of FM properties in Canada, and I’d say this was not quite what I’ve come to expect.
Ok.
Very, very good!
Excellent
Would have preferred a sit down meal at the Gala. Buffets were “OK”
