The Canadian Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (CAILBA) is a national industry association that works alongside our members to stay abreast of change and effectively implement compliance and regulatory updates.

The Canadian Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (CAILBA) has been organized by agencies who understand that some things which must be done to protect and improve the place of life brokerage agencies in the socio-economic system, must be done collectively.

The Canadian Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (CAILBA) will include, as its members, a majority of the country’s life and health insurance brokerage agencies. Its mandate will be to lobby provincial and federal legislative issues affecting the industry, and establish uniform standards within the industry for efficient information processing. It will also provide an effective forum for networking and relationship building among members, insurance companies and industry vendors.
