Dr. Greg Wells

For Dr. Greg Wells, health and performance, particularly under extreme conditions, are personal and professional obsessions. As a scientist and physiologist, he has dedicated his career to making the science of human limits understandable and actionable.
For more than 25 years, Dr. Wells has worked with some of the highest-performing individuals on the planet, including Olympic and world champions. A veteran endurance athlete himself, Dr. Wells has participated in the grueling Nanisivik Marathon 600 miles north of the Arctic Circle, Ironman Canada, and the Tour D’Afrique, an 11,000 km cycling race that is the longest in the world.

Justin Kingsley’s vocation is to invent the best way of telling the right stories—as an author, strategist, creative director, and photographer.
Named one of Canada’s most creative people by Marketing Magazine, Justin has served as Creative Director for NHL superbrand the Montreal Canadiens, turned Star Wars and Indiana Jones into global museum exhibitions, put a McDonald’s Restaurant into the side of a mountain at a snowboarding competition, and branded the 2010 Vancouver Olympics with the very first bilingual Games slogan: With Glowing Hearts / Des plus brillants exploits. He also developed the award-winning branding and communications strategies for UFC World Champion Georges St-Pierre, world champion sommelier François Chartier, and comedian Sugar Sammy. The strategy and campaign idea he developed for Adidas at the 2012 London Olympics, titled Take the Stage, won international acclaim and was named best global campaign of the Games.
A former Press Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office, Justin was spokesman for the Right Honourable Paul Martin and was responsible for economic portfolios in the communications directorate of the PMO in 2003-4.
He has written two bestselling books: The Way of the Fight, a New York Times bestselling look at Georges St-Pierre’s life philosophy, and Weology: How Everybody Wins When We Comes Before Me, a book of ideas on leadership in the new millennium.

Carlos Cardone
Canadian Household Wealth In The 2020’S: Focus On Insurance And Wealth
Carlos is Managing Director at Investor Economics, an ISS Market Intelligence company, a leading Toronto consulting firm specializing in the financial services industry.
Mr. Cardone leads a team of professionals heavily immersed in the research of investment funds, retail deposit, insurance products, group retirement platforms and Canada’s wealth market. He is one of the key contributors to the Household Balance Sheet Report, a research service that tracks (and forecasts) the financial holdings of Canadian households.
With his team, Mr. Cardone is responsible for the Insight Report, which focuses on investment funds; SIMFUND Canada, a web- based decision-making tool for mutual fund companies; the ETF and Index Fund Report, the Insurance Report, the Group Retirement Report and the Deposit Advisory Service, among other research services.
Mr. Cardone joined Investor Economics in 2004. Trained as a market analyst, he has several years’ experience in the automotive industry in South America. He graduated from the Social Sciences School, University of Buenos Aires, in Argentina. He is a native Spanish speaker, and as one might anticipate, a soccer fan.
